These Terms govern your use of MemoryAI Voice on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, and Vision. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Privacy details are in the Privacy Policy. For subscriptions, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA.

1. The service

The App helps you record or import audio, transcribe it, and keep notes, tasks, and answers. Features depend on your device, network, Apple Intelligence availability, and whether you are on the free plan or MemoryAI Voice Pro.

By default transcription uses Cloud Whisper: audio is sent to transcribe, then deleted. On-device transcription is optional in Settings. Output can contain errors. You are responsible for checking transcripts before you rely on them for legal, medical, or financial decisions.

2. Your content

You keep rights to your recordings and notes. You grant us a limited license to process them only to provide the App (transcription, rewrite, import, sync you enable, and integrations you connect).

Do not use the App to record people where you do not have the right to record. Follow local consent laws for calls and meetings.

3. Account

Sign in with Apple is optional for some sync and server features. You can delete the account and related server data in Settings: Delete Account & All Data. Notes in iCloud follow your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

4. MemoryAI Voice Pro subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

• Weekly: product ID com.memoryaiapp.memoai.pro.weekly. Display price in the US store: $4.99 per week (local price may differ).
• Monthly: product ID com.memoryaiapp.memoai.pro.monthly. Display price in the US store: $10.99 per month (local price may differ).
• Annual: product ID com.memoryaiapp.memoai.pro.annual. Display price in the US store: $49.99 per year (local price may differ).

The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or as Apple otherwise provides.

Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund rules.

Free use, without Pro, is limited. Currently: up to 4 recordings per day, each up to 2 minutes, unless we change the limits in a later version.

Pro unlocks longer recordings and higher daily limits, subject to a per-session cap (currently up to 2 hours per recording or import).

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the App except where the law allows. Do not overload the API, bypass usage limits, or upload content that is unlawful. We may suspend access if you abuse the service.

6. Third parties

Transcription and optional rewrite may use processors such as OpenAI and Groq. iCloud, Sign in with Apple, and in-app purchase are Apple services. Notion, Zapier, and similar tools are used only if you connect them. Their terms apply to those services.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is". Transcription, summaries, and answers may be incomplete or wrong. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data, missed meetings, or decisions you make based on the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

8. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the App after an update, you accept the new Terms. For material subscription changes, Apple's subscription change rules apply.
